guns + butter x Grace Cathedral
A rare collaboration inside one of the most storied sacred spaces in the country. Grace Cathedral has hosted Duke Ellington's Sacred Concert, and its pulpit has held the Dalai Lama, MLK Jr., Desmond Tutu, and Jane Goodall. Its Artist-in-Residence program has brought in Anna Deavere Smith, Bobby McFerrin, Bryant Terry, and Alonzo King. Craig Lieckfelt’s guns + butter joins that lineage — cooking contemporary diner food in the spirit of omakase, including a book discussion of guns + butter: pop-up restaurant.
